Michael Zaytsev, or Mike Z, is a life & business coach, best-selling author, and award-winning Cannabis entrepreneur.
Michael Zaytsev is author of “The Cannabis Business Book” (2020) and “The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Cannabis” (2016). His writing has been published in Forbes.com, Entrepreneur.com, International Business Times, and more.
As Founder of High NY, one of the world’s largest Cannabis Meetup communities, Mike Z has facilitated Cannabis education for thousands of people. He is also Founder of the New York City Cannabis Film Festival, the Cannabis Media Lab, and in 2018, Mike Z produced California’s first ever Cannabis focused Hackathon.
In 2019, Mike Z served as a Cannabis Industry mentor for the National Science Foundation’s Innovation Corps entrepreneurship training program. In 2018, he was invited to join the Forbes Coaches Council. In 2017, he was selected as a New Leaders Council Fellow in the NYC chapter. His 2016 TEDx talk invited people to “Think Differently About Cannabis.”
Michael began his career in wealth management at J.P. Morgan and then moved into enterprise sales at Google. After facilitating a Leadership and Teamwork training program for his coworkers at Google, Michael became obsessed with coaching. In 2014, he became a Professional and Certified Master coach.
